Douglas Smith is a civil engineer with varied experience across multiple modes of transportation including highways and bridges, aviation, transit, bicycle, and pedestrian. Project types in which Doug has had leadership roles include statewide long-range plans, transportation safety, planning studies, Vision Zero projects, project financial plans, dedicated truck lanes, public-private partnerships, bus rapid transit, and alternative fueling.
