Serving as CEC’s Water Resources Practice Lead, Patrick McMahon is a professional engineer working out of CEC’s Knoxville, TN, office. He has over 20 years in water resources-related engineering projects. His expertise and experience include single event and continuous simulation hydrologic modeling, 1, 2, and 3-dimensional hydraulic modeling, sediment transport analyses, stream restoration design, National Flood Insurance Program compliance analyses, MS4 compliance, erosion control, storm drainage design and retrofit, fish passage analyses, dam removal, dam breach analyses, flood wave propagation analyses, and bedload transport modeling. Mr. McMahon’s combination of engineering experience and academic expertise makes him a strong and dynamic resource on challenging engineering projects.
