CEC Fit

Mission: CECFit!, our company wellness initiative, was designed in 2013 to provide resources to help educate our employees and their families on how to better manage their care and make informed, healthy lifestyle choices.

Overview: CECFit!’s objective is to provide incentives and support to CEC employees’ efforts to adopt behaviors that will enhance their overall health and wellness. CECFit! continues to be developed and promoted by our wellness committee, consisting of a wellness coordinator representing each CEC office location and corporate personnel.
