Helmed by Office Lead Lindsey Harris, P.E., Johnson City is part of the thriving Tri-Cities region of East Tennessee. Aaron Henry, P.E., is the Operations Lead for East Tennessee, which also includes offices in Knoxville and Sevierville. With over 17 years of experience providing engineering services throughout the Tri-Cities, Lindsey is excited to bring her local insight into a new chapter with CEC. As the company expands into the region, our Johnson City team is strategically positioned to support the area’s evolving infrastructure and environmental needs.
