CEC is pleased to announce Kathryn Gruver, P.E., CPESC, has joined our Cincinnati office as a Principal in the Water Resources practice.
Kathryn is a licensed Professional Engineer in Ohio and Michigan, as well as a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control. She brings more than 25 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on transportation hydraulics, stormwater management, and regulatory compliance.
Throughout her career, Kathryn has led multidisciplinary teams in the planning and design of infrastructure projects, managed complex drainage systems, and coordinated with regulatory agencies to support environmental permitting and policy development. Her work has included oversight of municipal separate storm sewer system (MS4) programs, development of MS4 related training materials, preparation of compliance reports, development of stormwater pollution prevention plans both industrial and construction sites, along with creating Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure plans.
Kathryn is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Her technical expertise, leadership experience, and commitment to environmental stewardship will be a valuable asset to our clients and our team.
