We’re excited to welcome Rob Porges to CEC Cleveland as a Senior Project Manager in our Environmental Engineering and Sciences practice. Rob brings more than 27 years of experience as an environmental consultant and regulatory expert, with a deep technical background in compliance strategy, remediation, and sustainability.
Most recently, Rob served as Senior Director of Environmental Compliance and Sustainability, where he led a dedicated team and oversaw environmental compliance at approximately 250 company-owned retail fueling and truck service station locations. His work included managing capital and remediation budgets, directing early-career professionals on capital upgrade and remediation projects, and ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal environmental regulations. Rob’s track record also includes advanced fate and transport modeling for high-profile projects at U.S. Department of Energy and U.S. Air Force locations.
Rob holds a master’s degree in geological sciences from Wright State University and a bachelor’s degree in geology from Miami University.
