Lindsey Harris has experience in the field of civil and environmental engineering for municipal, private, and industrial clients. Environmental project experience encompasses a wide range of disciplines including: management of compliance monitoring for solid waste facilities, regulatory coordination, SPCCs, Clean Water Act Section 404 and Section 401 permitting, mitigation and monitoring, NEPA coordination, NPDES and stormwater management services and  permitting (including industrial and construction SWPPPs), Brownfields redevelopment, and Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESA), as well as other environmental permitting/compliance.
