CEC Approach
CEC’s work on this multi-million dollar project is ongoing but has consisted of three phases of condominium documents, including exhibits, maps, and legal descriptions for over 100 individual units, common elements, and easements. CEC has also provided support for various architectural and construction firms with topographic surveys, boundary and ALTA/NSPS surveys, and construction layout services for the residential units and various amenities within the development.
