Mr. Cobb has been working in the environmental field for 14 years. In that time, his focus has been environmental due diligence, groundwater and soil investigations and monitoring, and solid waste services. He has experience in planning, design, cost estimation and proposal writing, quality assurance, technical writing, and working with regulatory agencies to develop solutions for private and public clients.
