Mr. Richard’s most notable projects as manager and principal investigator include cultural resources excavations in Carlsbad, New Mexico, for the Double E pipeline, the Arroyo Hondo survey in Santa Fe, New Mexico, projects for the Utah Department of Natural Resources, Navajo Nation, and working as tribal archaeologist for the Northern Cheyenne. Andy has professional experience in Tribal Consultation gained from representing the Northern Cheyenne and working with many of the Northern Plains tribes, and federal and state agencies throughout the Northern and Central Plains. 

Andy holds state permits in New Mexico, Arizona, and Utah and is permittable by the Bureau of Land Management throughout the Southwest, Great Basin, and the Northern Plains.
