Bio

Cliff Stout, LS, P.L.S., P.S., R.P.L.S., has over 30 years of experience as a project manager, reviewer, and consultant in design topographic surveys, including boundary, easements, and underground utilities, and ALTA surveys for a variety of clients throughout the western and southern United States.

Cliff holds licenses in California, Colorado, Kentucky, Oklahoma, Arkansas, New Mexico, and Texas and is a member of the Oklahoma Society of Land Surveyors and the National Society of Professional Surveyors. He earned his MBA from Southern Nazarene University.
