Bio

Ryan Costello, P.S., is a Principal in the Survey/Geospatial practice at CEC Houston. He has over 19 years of experience in the survey/geospatial field, having delivered and executed various projects across multiple sectors, such as oil & gas, pipeline, electric utilities, renewable energy, chemical facilities, civil construction, and environmental support. His skills and expertise include:

• Conducting ALTA surveys, long and short route surveys, terrestrial HDS surveys, ground and aerial topographic surveys, high precision control networks, and more.
• Leading project teams, collaborating with clients and project partners, and ensuring quality standards and deadlines.
• Applying technical knowledge, solving problems, and providing innovative solutions to complex challenges.

He holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Surveying Technology from Oklahoma State University – Oklahoma City. He is also a licensed professional surveyor in Texas and Oklahoma. He is passionate about advancing the survey/geospatial profession and sharing his knowledge with others. He serves as a member on the Survey Advisory Board for Lone Star College – Montgomery and the Texas Society of Professional Surveyors.
