Bio

Janette is a Stormwater Compliance Specialist and Experienced Trainer with interests in both the Public and Private Sectors. Her primary focus areas have included stormwater management, stormwater sampling, water quality permitting, erosion and sediment control, stormwater pollution prevention plan design and development and NPDES permit compliance. She earned her B.S. degree in Biological Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech. She is a P.E. in Civil Engineering and maintains CPESC and CPSWQ certifications.
